NORDIC WALKING

Faster than regular hiking, find out what nordic walking is all about...
activity program
Also known as Sauvakävely, Nordic Walking comes from Norway. As early as the 1930's, Finnish cross-country skiers used walking poles during off-season summer training. Deprived of snow, they used aluminum poles to regulate stride length.

Set out to discover nordic walking with a mountain guide, and get ready to work those body muscles and increase your lung and breathing capacities.
A new way to walk the mountains, a combination of regular walking and hiking.

Choose your week, morning or afternoon, and we will tell you the schedule on your arrival.
Minimum 3 people.
Be careful, this activity starts from Arc 1950 le Village.
